Content Writer – Personal Finance and Research

SimpliInsure is hiring a Content Writer – Personal Finance and Research in Bengaluru (Bangalore). We are looking for someone who can think, research, analyse and question assumptions, and turn personal finance topics into clear, evidence-based content that helps readers make better financial decisions. Quality over quantity is the principle every article is built on.

What You'll Do

Research and write high-quality articles on personal finance, budgeting, saving, tax planning, investments, consumer finance and the role insurance plays in a financial plan.
Analyse SEBI regulations, RBI and IRDAI circulars, company disclosures, surveys and market data.
Go beyond surface-level information to uncover meaningful insights, trends and practical implications for readers.
Create content that is informative, analytical, educational and evidence-based.
Challenge common money myths and assumptions using facts, data and logical reasoning.
Produce website content, blogs, long-form articles, guides, case studies and thought-leadership content.
Use AI tools intelligently for research and brainstorming, not as a replacement for original thinking.
Stay updated with financial market, tax and regulatory developments.

What We're Looking For

Strong writing skills with an exceptional command of written English.
Ability to research unfamiliar topics and produce a well-structured article within a short timeframe.
Natural curiosity and a habit of asking "why" and "what does this mean for the reader?"
Ability to evaluate sources critically rather than accepting information at face value.
Basic understanding of insurance, finance, economics, law or public policy is preferred.
Knowledge of on-page SEO, webpages, hyperlinks and content structure.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and Grammarly.
