Insurance Operations

SimpliInsure is hiring for an Insurance Operations role in Bengaluru (Bangalore). You will run end-to-end insurance operations – policy processing, endorsements, renewals and claims – coordinate with insurers, TPAs, customers and the sales team, and keep CRM, MIS and management reports accurate.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end insurance operations, including policy processing, issuance, endorsements, renewals, cancellations, documentation and coordination with customers and insurers.
Manage claims operations, including claim intimation, document collection, coordination with insurers and TPAs, claim status tracking, query resolution and timely closure.
Coordinate with insurance companies, TPAs, customers, sales and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of policies, claims, endorsements and renewals.
Monitor policy and transaction accuracy by verifying customer details, coverage, premium, policy documents and endorsements before processing.
Maintain and prepare sales reports and MIS, including lead status, quotations, policies issued, premium, conversions, renewals, pending cases and sales performance.
Track renewals, pending cases and sales follow-ups, coordinate with the sales team for timely action and keep the CRM, MIS and operational records up to date.
Monitor operational performance and improve processes by tracking TAT, identifying errors and process gaps, and implementing SOPs.

Preferred Experience

4+ years of experience in insurance operations, insurance broking or general insurance.
Hands-on experience in policy processing, claims, endorsements, renewals and insurer/TPA coordination.
Experience in preparing sales reports, MIS, business reports and performance dashboards.
Good understanding of motor, health, life and general insurance.
Strong Excel, CRM and MIS skills and the ability to work with large volumes of data.
Strong coordination, documentation, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to independently manage day-to-day operations and provide accurate reports to management.
