Sales Manager – Health Insurance

SimpliInsure is hiring a Sales Manager – Health Insurance in Bengaluru (Bangalore). You will grow individual, family and group health insurance business with corporates, SMEs, hospitals, clinics and associations, and help every customer understand the coverage, benefits, exclusions and premium of the plan they choose.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for health insurance through market visits, field visits, networking, referrals and other lead-generation activities.
Visit corporates, SMEs, hospitals, clinics, associations and other potential customer locations to develop business relationships and generate health insurance leads.
Understand customer requirements and explain suitable individual, family, group and health insurance plans, including coverage, benefits, exclusions and premium.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer interaction, quotation, follow-up and negotiation to conversion and policy issuance.
Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, corporate clients, referral partners and other business contacts to generate repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through new lead generation, site visits, conversion, renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, customer meetings, site visits, quotations, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM/MIS and submit regular sales reports to management.

Preferred Experience

3+ years of experience in health insurance or insurance broking sales.
Strong experience in field sales, lead generation and client acquisition.
Proven relationship management with corporate and retail customers.
