Sales Manager – Motor Insurance

SimpliInsure is hiring a Sales Manager – Motor Insurance in Bengaluru (Bangalore). You will generate new car, bike and commercial vehicle insurance business through field visits, dealerships, showrooms and referrals, and manage the complete sales cycle from the first lead to policy issuance.

Key Responsibilities

Generate new business opportunities for motor insurance through market visits, field visits, networking, referrals and other lead-generation activities.
Visit car and bike dealerships, automobile showrooms, garages, workshops, corporate clients and other potential business locations to develop business relationships and generate leads.
Identify customer requirements, explain suitable motor insurance products, prepare quotations and handle customer queries and objections.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, customer interaction, quotation, follow-up and negotiation to conversion and policy issuance.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers, showroom and dealer contacts and other business partners to generate repeat and referral business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through new lead generation, site visits, conversion, renewals and cross-selling opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, quotations, follow-ups and conversions in the CRM/MIS and provide regular sales reports to management.

Preferred Experience

3+ years of experience in motor insurance or insurance broking sales.
Strong field sales, lead generation and client acquisition experience.
Proven relationship-building skills with dealers, showrooms, garages and customers.
