Digital Marketing

SimpliInsure is hiring a Digital Marketing professional in Bengaluru (Bangalore) to manage our complete digital marketing function: strategy, branding, content, social media, paid advertising, video, website visibility and online lead generation. You will also lead the digital marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete digital marketing function, including digital strategy, branding, content, social media, paid advertising, campaigns, website visibility and online lead generation.
Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta/Facebook Ads campaigns, including campaign strategy, audience targeting, budgeting, optimisation, lead generation and performance tracking.
Handle content and creative development, including social media posts, banners, marketing creatives, captions, blogs, promotional content and other digital marketing materials.
Create and manage video content for social media and digital campaigns, including concept development, basic video shooting and editing, reels, promotional videos and short-form content.
Manage the company's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant channels to improve brand visibility, engagement and reach.
Develop new marketing ideas and campaigns to improve brand visibility, website traffic, customer engagement, lead generation and overall digital presence; analyse results and continuously improve campaigns.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, coordinate with the sales and content teams and ensure timely execution of campaigns.

Preferred Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end digital marketing.
Strong experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media marketing.
Content creation, design and video creation/editing skills.
Campaign management, branding and analytics experience.
Experience leading and managing a team.
